The spec are in the 20 dollar manual that you buy at the auto parts store. Depends on gas or diesle, 302, 351, ect . The only info you will get is plug type and gap, Oil type and amount. The rest is litterally buy the parts and replace them. Spark plugs, Spark plug wires, Cap and rotor, Oil Filter and oil. The manual will give you step by step procedures on removal and replacement of all of the parts. No need to worry about timing as this is handled by the ECM (computer) so as long as you did not remove or adjust the distributor you just replace the parts and move on. There is also a procedure to re-time the engine. Hope this helps
