Two thirds of an 8 hour workday is 5 1/3 hours.
A typical workday for slaves in the United States involved long hours of labor, starting at dawn and often continuing until after sunset. They typically worked in fields picking crops, in homes as domestics, or in various trades. Work was physically demanding, overseen by overseers or masters, and slaves had little control over their schedules or conditions.
12 hours
training consists of calasthentics and weight lifting, running and practice for 4-8 hours a day
Yes. It is an excessive long workday around dangerous machinery etc.
12 hours
There are 60 minutes in an hour, so 8 hours is 480 minutes. There are 60 seconds in a minute, so 8 hours is 28 800 seconds. There are 24 hours in a day, so 8 hours is 1/3 day. It is also 1/21 of a week, and 1/1095 of a typical (365-day, or non-leap) year. It also represents the length of a typical North American workday.
