An excellent proxy would be ninjaproxy or hidemyass. Both are adequate and free and can hide even the most paranoid from the prying eyes of hackers or the government or even good old-fashioned information farming.

You wont bypass it with any of the proxies on peacefire - it blocks proxies that I've set up even though I haven't told anyone about them. Every single proxy I tried was uninstalled. Apparently it uses some sort of sniffing technology and detects you using proxies without needing to know the address. I can get around websense, bloxx and barracuda easy but not 8e6. :o(
