Cynthia has a wide diversity of Pokemon unlike in recent games. Lance who is prodominatly dragon but this can make it easier seeing as Lance was difficult because dragon types are so powerful but she has type that can be easily torn down like Roserade.
Spiritomb - lv 58, has no weakness (I suggest Dialga and Palkia with their ultimate attack)
Togekiss - lv 60, is weak against electric, ice, and rock types.
Lucario - lv 60, is weak against fire, fighting, ground and flying.
Garchomp - lv 62, is weak against ice and dragon (I suggest a legendary like Dialga to fight this one since it is weak against dragon type moves)
Roserade - lv 58, is weak against fire, ice, flying and pyschic ( i suggest a high level Staraptor that knows fly and aeriel ace)
Milotic - lv 58, is weak against grass and electric types.
