Bath salts can cause hallucinations, paranoia, and extreme psychosis that can become permanent or last for weeks, months, or years. No one yet knows if the effects can come back after disappearing like with acid. My brother is one of the unfortunate who may not recover. He has had psychosis for over a month along with hallucinations, paranoia, and delusions after only using it ONE time. Other people have had damage to vital organs. And by the way, my brother is only one of many with semi-permanent or permanent psychosis. This stuff is worse than anything else out there.

Other answer:

Everyone is different when it comes to withdrawl, but me personally, I got a sore neck for 3 days in a row which would start around the time I would get high, and a slight headache. Sleep felt amazing to do for that time. Keep in mind I did a lot for about a week straight. So that wasn't too bad I just slept it off.
