What are the words in an apprentice ceremony?

First the leader calls the Clan together like this: "Let all cats who can catch their own prey gather here under the High Rock for a Clan meeting!"

Then the leader calls the apprentice(s) up and says: "I, (leader's name), leader of (the name of the Clan), call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on these apprentice(s). She/he/they have trained hard tp understand the way of your noble code, and I commend her/him/them to you as warriors in her/him/their turn."

Next the leader turns to the apprentice and says: (apprentice's name), do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend this Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Then the apprentice should say "I do."

Then the leader says: Then by the power of StarClan I give you your warrior name. (apprentice's name), from this moment you shall be known as (new warrior name). StarClan honors your (two special characteristics that the cat has) and we welcome you as a full member of ThunderClan."

This is an example of a warrior ceremony (this is written by Erin Hunter not Nightfrost):

"I Firestar, leader of ThunderClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn."

"Squirrelpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Squirrelpaw's reply rang out clearly. "I do."

"Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your warrior name. Squirrelpaw, from this moment on you will be known as Squirrelflight. StarClan honors your courage and determination, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan."

The words may vary but the most common words in the ceremony are as follows: the leader is a made up cat named lionstar and the kit/apprentice is a made up cat named redkit/redpaw. A random warrior will be Bluetail.

Lionstar: "Redkit has reached her sixth moon and she is now ready to discover how to be a warrior." -- "Bluetail, you are ready for an apprentice. You will be a mentor to Redkit. From this moment on she will be known as Redpaw".

As I said, you can mess around. There was no exact ceremony. Leaders choose and play around with apprentice ceremonies.
