They're putting pandas in animal reservations so they can more easily escalate their population without the worry of habitat loss and illegal hunting.
It revealed that the panda is a bear rather than related to the raccoon.
In order to perpetuate the species (make more Pandas). :)
Right now, I feel there is not much being done to help Pandas survive. Nobody is planting bamboo trees for them. They don't eat much other than bamboo. ( Their diet is 99% bamboo) There are some Great people doing things for Pandas. For example, World Wildlife Foundation (W.W.F.) they are doing all they can for the pandas. I really hope someday there will be something helpful for the pandas. We need to change and make a difference before they become extinct.
There are about 3,000 left, but efforts are being made to help them reproduce, thus resulting in more pandas. Yay!
Giant Pandas.
world should be doing more to help

The similarity in DNA sequences between raccoons and red pandas suggests that these two species may share a more recent common ancestor compared to red pandas and giant pandas. This genetic relationship indicates that raccoons and red pandas are more closely related within the evolutionary tree, potentially reflecting similar adaptations or ecological niches. Understanding these connections can help scientists better comprehend the evolutionary history and taxonomy of these species.
Their retinas are larger and more reflective than other bears.
Other than the fact that pandas are most peoples favorite animal, pandas help with there warm fur! people use panda fur to make many things including sweaters, blankets and more! But even without that stuff people would miss the pandas. Especially since they are so many peoples favorite animal, and everyone floods the zoos to see them!
