In official drug tests, such as those given to olympic atletes after aq match or game, are all covering, in other words, they test for all drugs. Other times, if a certain drug is suspected, that drug will be tested for, occasionally with a few others.
They test for most types- heroin,cocaine(crack),methadone,suboxone,weed,sleeping tablet(barbituates),ecstasy and speed- unless they suspect the person of a certain substance usually hairstrands they will aks for heroin and cocaine or whatever they suspect. but generally urine and swabs do the lot.

∙ 12y agothey include all opiates. it doesnt matter if its pills or heroin. the only opiate-type pill that wont show up is buprenorphine which requires a special screening which isn't included in any standard screenings unless requested.
