What are things to do at Minnesota for the summer?

There is 10,000 lakes to pick from to swim, boat, and fish in. (renting a condo or cabin realy enhances the experience though)

There's a lot of things to do in the twin cities, bloomington has mall of America.

The state parks are really pretty

You can go camping around the boundary waters area

Nisswa Minnesota has a lot of little interesting shops, the chocolate ox has GREAT ice cream. If you have kids they an annual turtle race there!

if you go far enough north you might also be lucky to see the northern lights at night

they have boat races around the state.

The fourth of July parades are fun, and to go see fireworks at night over a lake is really amazing

They have a few little European towns scattered out and they're really interesting.
