Bran,apples and potatoes are all very high in fiber. Though its important to not eat too much as that's known to cause stomach cramps. A high intake of bran is not essential for a healthy diet though some can be beneficial.

Although grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables all provide good sources of fiber, I would say that the richest, most concentrated form of fiber comes in grains, such as oats or bran.
