1- The Fear of Being Left Alone
2- The Fear of Screwing up
3- The Fear of the unknown
It depends what you mean by 'fears'. Almost everyone has a fear of the 'unknown' - It's natural to be apprehensive of something we cannot see, or know nothing about. If you're talking about phobias (such as a fear of spiders etc) - people usually only really develop phobias as a result of a bad experience (usually in childhood). Most people's phobias disappear as we get older - and more informed.
Phobias are unreasonable fears. You can be afraid of things you should be afraid of; that's not a phobia. Being afraid of a rattlesnake you suddenly see on the trail by your foot is perfectly reasonable. Being afraid of a garter snake that you know is not poisonous or aggressive, or a rattlesnake that is safely contained in a glass tank in a zoo's reptile house, is a phobia. So, yes, it's entirely possible for someone to have no phobias.

Nobody is really certain - if we knew for sure, we could always cure them! It's thought that some phobias start with childhood experiences that are not processed in a healthy manner, but allowed to grow out of proportion. However, there are many phobias that we just don't know about. Sometimes people develop phobias that they cannot explain.

It is not only children, but adults, too. The root cause of a phobia is the fear, the definition of phobia, but it is because children do not know enough about the world, so instead of embracing and learning about it, they fear it, causing children to have phobias. It also may be due to past experiences that children have phobias, and those past experiences are fear-related.
