There really aren't specific places where the three governments are, per se. The legislative branch, called Congress, meets in the capital building, but has offices in the surrounding area. The judicial branch is headed by the Supreme Court, which meets in the aply named Supreme Court Building, but there are inferior courts that also meet in other locations. The Excecutive Branch is headed by the President, who lives at the White House, but departments of the executive branch are scattered throughout the country, not just in DC.
