I have found a website where there are good self help techniques for ADHD students. My daughter has ADHD and what I do with her is I have her work for 20 minutes and give her a 5 minute break. She also works better while listening to music, but that may not work for everyone. i have ADHD and music does help a lot. it will also help them consentrate on doing their home work but don't yell at them, it will just get them upset. My dad yells at me to do my homework and I start to cry and it doesn't help either.
