Usually your local town or city sets the rules so that you know when they will be clearing the streets.
A. Whenever snow has fallen and the accumulation is such that it covers the street or highway, no vehicle shall be parked on either side of any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule XXIV (§ 419-66), attached to and made a part of this chapter. B. The above parking prohibitions shall remain in effect after the snow has ceased until the streets have been plowed sufficiently and to the extent that parking will not interfere with the normal flow of traffic.
depends on where you live. some counties/cities have winter parking restrictions. where i live at if it snows 4 inches or less there is no snow emergency declared. more than 4inches there is a snow emergency declared and parking on the street can get you ticketed, towed, or the worst case all of the above and your car could be damaged by snow plows clearing the street. best advice is to watch the local news and or check the website for your community

An example sentence with the words snow plow would be, "I woke up this morning to see my entire street covered in snow; luckily a snow plow was coming down my street to clear things up."
You find a snow shovel at Whirley Street. There is nothing behind the Whirley Street kids so just dodge the snowballs they throw at you until you find the snow shovel
The great physician from London, Dr. john Snow proved the same in 1854. He made a map of patients from Broad street (now Broadwick street) of Soho district, London.
It means that the street is completely covered by a solid sheet (or metaphorical blanket) or snow. Someone looking at it would only see snow, and not the street.

If you can go to Moor Street, which is closer. Follow the exit to High Street, and cross the road. Go straight through the Bull Ring shopping centre and follow the signs to Moor Street station. If you need Snow Hill for the Metro, leave via the same exit and follow the signs to the High Street. Head down the street and turn left down Bull Street. Take a left turn down a wide street called Colmore Row, then take the next right. to get to Snow Hill.
