The welsh mostly eat the same sorts of foods as the rest of Britain and to a certain extent, the USA.

There are some traditional welsh dishes however, some of which are;

Welsh Rarebit - type of cheese on toast

Welsh cakes

Bara Brith - A traditional rich cake that is often the centerpiece of a table .

Laver bread - Seaweed boiled and is eaten with cockles or other seafood.
