Hey
There is a few positions a public office in the executive branch has to fill. Some of the positions that have to be filled are administration and enforcement of the constitution.
In the constitutional system of the United States, the chief Executive (the head of the Executive Branch) appoints people to the open Federal judicial positions. In many state governments, however, all or some of the judicial positions are filled by popular vote.
The three branches of the US government consist of the US Congress, the Executive Branch and the judicial branch. The Framers of the US Constitution formulated a system of government that has commonsense and democracy as its base. It's significance is that decades later many new nations designed their constitutions on the US one.
