No person has a responsibility to anyone but himself, except in the limited view that his rights extend to only a point where another's rights begin. Only in that limited area where our rights intermingle do you owe a responsibility to me (per se).

The Bill of Rights (just for your information) was the part of the constitution that stated the people's natural, "God given rights", that the government could not take away.
