Horizontal relationships are the material ones we have with other people.
Vertical relationships are the ones we have with other spiritual beings who are not in this material world.
Note: Since we are all spiritual beings, all material relationships have a Spiritual component depending on the extent that the two people "emotionally connect"
This could be either literal or figurative.
Literally, they are directions that are perpendicular (offset by an angle measuring 90 degrees) to each other. On a map, vertical would be north-south and horizontal would be east-west. To a standing person, vertical would be up-down and horizontal would be left-right (or across or sideways). A useful way to remember the difference is that going vertical gives some people vertigo (a dizzy sense) when they get high up, and horizontal is like the horizon (the line where the ocean or earth meets the sky).
Figuratively speaking, a vertical relationship is one that's between you and God. A horizontal one is between you and other people.
Horizontal is the relational dimension of life in a human level the vertical can only be a spiritual relationship one with God, who is spirit.
Left ventricle gets it's blood from the left atrium.
Vertical means ur not going any where, just in a straight line. Horizontal means ur going ( up) getting somewhere! Lol I answered it but it's true!
The four imaginary space relationships that every drawing has are: Projection plane, Frontal plane, Horizontal plane, & Profile plane.
Horizontal articulation in curriculum presents content, skills and concepts across grade levels or subjects. Horizontal alignment initiatives provide students and teachers with the opportunity to explore natural relationships and make meaning between multiple subject areas.
The answer depends on what kind of relationship. For example,a vertical line denotes "is a factor of" as in 7 | 56.two vertical lines denote "is parallel to" as in AB DC (in a parallelogram ABCD).two horizontal lines represent "is equal to"three horizontal lines represent "is identical to" as in (a + b)*(a - b) ≡ a2 - b2.There are other symbols for relationships.

A horizontal line.A horizontal line.A horizontal line.A horizontal line.
Both offer different advantages. Vertical relationship rely on a group environment, and horizontal relationships engage everyone in a team. Groups have a distinct leader and followers, whereas a team relies on everyone being equally involved.
The horizontal change is the change in x. If the line in horizontal then the horizontal change will just be its length.

A horizontal angle is an angle between lines on a horizontal plane.
Larger by a factor of √2. If you draw a vector at 45°, then draw a vertical line from the end of that vector, you have a 45° right triangle. If you recall your trig. relationships, the hypotenuse of a 45° right triangle is √2 (or 1.414) times the length of either leg.
