SPEAK OUT!!! if you get mad you should speak out, and be honest about your feelings. If you feel yourself getting tense, close your eyes, take a deep breath and count to 10 and try to remain calm. You can also write a letter revealing your emotions, and read it out loud in private and then rip it up and thow it away. :)
