Your girlfriend has been off the pill for a month and half She is having severe depression Can anyone give you advice on what you can do to help?

do something or buy something that is absolutely fantastic, so maby they will be a little happy. increase the assets, good things too turn you towards good, by moving to a place with a priest or rabbi or something like that, and lots of fun activities. her boyfriend or husband must say he loves her alot and be very passonate and do things for her, but tell him to not try to "do with each other" unless he knows she wants to. and he should make himself look very sexy by working out and getting in great shape, but not too ripped because that's not sexy.

What are the techniques of kissing?

To my knowledge there are really only three main techniques of romantic kissing.First you have the closed mouth kiss. This is where most people start. You just lean in with your lips together and press your lips against the other person's lips, hold your lips against theirs for a split second, then move your head back. This is the basic kiss. In America we use this kiss as the first kiss usually at the end a first date, or when kissing someone that you like but have only recently met. It has an innocent, gentle quality because it is relatively quick and the mouth is closed. The Second kissing technique that I know of is the Open Mouth kiss. This kiss is typically what people call 'passionate kissing.' The mouths are open slightly and the two people can feel the warmth and wetness of one another's saliva/spit. This kiss is generally what you see in PG-13 movies and network television shows. Socially, in America, we kiss like this when we are dating someone, have gotten to know them a bit, and we are indicating sexual emotions. Generally people who are not very familiar with one another will begin kissing with a basic closed mouth kiss and then if the response is favorable, they move on to kissing with the open mouth. This is much trickier than the first kiss but it is easily mastered if you practice a bit. The tricks to being a good open mouth kisser are rhythm, pace, variety, and low saliva. Most people do not like a lot of spit and saliva when they kiss. The trick to keeping your saliva from getting all over the other person's chin and cheeks is to SLOW DOWN and not open your mouth so wide. Just open your mouth like your are talking. Then move your lips as if you are speaking or eating in a deliberate rhythm. Think of your mouth as a choo choo train. Pump your lower jaw up and down in a fluid, steady motion with your head to the side. (Human's tilt their heads to the side to avoid bumping noses when they kiss. This makes it easier to breath.) Now you can control the speed of the kissing like you are a train. You start slow and sensual and, if the other person is favorable, move a bit faster and press your mouth against his/hers a bit deeper. This is what people interpret as passion: building up to big kissing.Think of Open mouth kissing as your way to seduce the person without words and flowers. That's why you have to vary the speed, change the rhythm and move your hands. You are trying to communicate with the other person without talking. Try kissing with the open mouth and pressing your torso (belly) into the other person's torso. Put your hands on the other person's cheeks, run your hands through their hair, rub their neck. Try rubbing your palm against their back, thighs, shoulder, or bicept. All of this will make you a 'good kisser.'Lastly we have the most intimate kind of kissing: Tongue Kissing or French Kissing. When you are french kissing with someone it is usually during a passonate make-out session or during sex. This is the way the couple expresses their deep desire for one another, usually right before sex, during sex or during very heavy petting and long kissing. Once you are french kissing, you can usually explore the other person's body more with your hands. You might touch the nipples, breasts, buttocks, genitals etc. You might be naked, or even having sex while french kissing. This doesn't always have to be during sex, it can just be a simple turn-on.French kissing is when you combine open mouth kissing with sweeping/flicking your tongue in the other person's mouth. You basically want to have a light touch with your tongue--like a paintbrush not a finger. You want to EXPLORE the other person's mouth with your tongue. Don't leave it in their mouth too long, don't swivel it around like you're a windmill. Be delicate and sensual then build to more probing kissing with your tongue. Keep the tongue off their face! I know we've all seen adult films that show people licking the outside of the mouth and the cheeks but this is for purely cinematographic reasons: the actors want the viewer to know they are french kissing so they show the tongues where the viewer can see them in an exaggerated way. Real people dont kiss like this unless they agree that they specifically want to be licked on the face. You can practice your technique by rubbing your tongue in your mouth. Feel how the tip of your tongue feels when you brush the roof of your mouth, explore running your tongue along your teeth, lick the inside of your lips, flick your tongue against the sides of your mouth. Once you are comfortable and know what feels good in your own mouth, do that to the other person. With kissing, it's always best to start slow and small and then build to more passionate moves. If you are unsure that the other person likes what you're doing, you should listen for clues. Do you hear moans, gasps, or sighs when you do particular things? Does the person try to pull back or away? Does the person try to turn her/his head away at times? That should tell you to change what you're doing.Bad kissers tend to rush they don't wait for the other person to be at the same level of kissing before they move into a more intimate level. They also tend to have tons of saliva, really wide open mouths, lots of tongue, and forceful tongue. Bad kissers are generally also described as people who cannot move their lips and their hands at the same time. If you find your mouth has stopped moving when you try to stroke the other person's face/ remove their clothes, then chances are you need more practice. You can hide this awkwardness by nibbling the person's neck while moving your hands so they don't notice as much when your mouth stops moving. You'll be a better kisser when you relax and pay attention the other person's clues. Remember to get all the practice you can. Kiss as often as you can and you will improve.
