you have the right to leave. seriously they give you a reasonable amount of time to find and moveto another place. you have the right to not be held responsible for owing any money if the house doesn't sell for the amount you owe . other than that you don't have many rights except to come up with the money you owe the bank that you are in arrears for. this is sometimes called the right of first refusal
