There isn't one. The first amendment is just a promise that the government will not take certain actions against it citizens.

Aside from a lot of consulting with the government, etc. Most of the promises were by the Nazi's and most of those important promises were subsequently broken by them. The only specific article I can see that the Church promised was: Article 16 specified that Bishops must take an oath of loyalty and respect the government whilst ensuring their clergy did the same.
