the best thing to do, since now the darkarai event is past, is to get action replay, look up the darkrai code and enter that into action replay. use that darkrai cheat and all pokeballs cheat (its in the dsi version of action replay, works on normal ds too) go to that one city with the harbor, and for convenience repeatedly press l and r and walk in the shop holding them down. talk to man in green to get master card. go north of that shop to the old, abandoned inn. you will fall asleep and appear on no moon island. press l and r at the same time and press the up button to get all pokeballs (and cherrish balls) and get 999 of them. go into the nearby cave to find darkrai, talk to him and catch him via you choice of ball. afterwards, look up the walk anywhere cheat and type that in to be able to run through walls, talk to oak in eterna city or whatever to unlock the legeondary birds. zapados is hard to get but others are easy. go back to harbor and go to sailors house, talk to the wife and kid, talk to the sailor about going to fullmoon island. get the lunar wing after talking to cressilia and talk to the kid again. talk to sailor and you will have gotten cressilia as a runner, this is where run anywhere comes in handy. catch cressilia and the birds if you like. by doing my instructions, you will have gotten prepared to get shaymin, gotten the legendary birds and cressilia, know the teqnique for getting arceus, (repeat tap l+r) and unlocked flying to fullmoon and nomoon islands, sorry i couldn't get codes

You can also use a dusk ball. If you lower his HP to the yellow part, you should be able to catch groudon. It worked for me!
