Since we do not have any records to the contrary, The Bible in use at that time would have been the Geneva Bible. The King James version translators relied on the Geneva (as well as Wycliffe's translation) and was influenced by it. Jamestown was established in May 14, 1607 and the King James version was not completed until 1611.
