God's converted Children [with Christ Living in them] should be ready and eager to be "fed" [to chew on and digest] the Words of God: His Spiritual Bread for the human spirit, that, if heeded, obeyed and Lived daily, leads to the Righteous Character growth and development of His Future Child.
It's doesn't say to go up to everyone you see doing wrong, whoever they might be, correcting them. It doesn't say not to, either. It's just that you might want to approach total strangers a little more judiciously than a "brother"... if at all... with a plan of pointing out all their faults; reminding them of how short they're falling regarding the Glory of God.
Just remember: human nature HATES TO BE TOLD IT'S WRONG!
So, if you're dead set on telling everyone how wrong they are... keep in mind that at some point, you have to expect someone to remind you how wrong you are, also. So, be ready to accept their criticism in the same spirit in which you are willing to give it.
