There is no such verse in The Bible. You are probably thinking of Matthew 23:25-26, where Jesus is telling the Scribes and Pharisees that they are hypocrites because they cleansed the outside of the cup but not the inside, meaning they made themselves look good on the out side, but inwardly in their heart they we like a dirty cup. This was one of their big problems. You do not want to put on a good exterior but be a filthy person on the inside.
