You could also feed them your table scraps of yams, carrots or green beans. These are all wonderfully acceptable items to feed your dog. I recommend adding some cooked chicken too there diet but never give it to them while you're eating or scrape it off your plate or they will start to beg. Also some olive oil is good for a dog's coat. (Put it on the food. Not on the dog.)
