Air vent. It blows under front seat and into back.
On the 2.2 it is on the drivers side front of engine black plastic cap on top.
Under the hood on the drivers side behind the battery. There is a flat black plastic cover that has to be removed....
There are 2, one is under the hood on the drivers side under a black plastic box screwed in by two large screws. The other is by the drivers left foot on the "wall" of the car (you might have to bend the carpet down a little bit and you'll have to be very flexible to get in there!), its a small black box.
I have a 93 dodge stealth, a rebaged Mitsubishi 3000gt. My fuses are located under the hood in a black plastic enclosure. I think its on the drivers side.
It's located at the top of the engine and mounted on black plastic intake manifold cover (on the drivers side). It takes a bout three minutes to replace.

If your looking under the hood its in that black plastic box located at the very front drivers side. just push in the two locks on the sides the and the air filter slides right out the top.
Mine was black rubber coated, located drivers side engine compartment, behind the engine, under tubes/wires, close to the firewall, about a foot down, below the black (plastic) covering below the windshield.
