There are several bones:

On Shark Tooth Island, the bone is at the bottom of the pit in the ruins, and it is one of the three ingredients for the potion you need to mix.

On Mythology island, remove 6 of the bones from the three groups, so that the remaining bones spell the letters "T E N."
