Will they come out with more edge chronicles?
Although I can't be sure, I don't believe so. Apart from the main ten books (Quint trilogy, Twig trilogy, Rook trilogy and The Immortals) there is also The Lost Barkscrolls which includes tales about the stone pilot, Twig's daughter and others. Paul Stewart and Chris Riddell have also begun a series called Wrymeweald so if you enjoyed the Edge Chronicles those books are worth a read.
