a bronz star is a United States Armed Forces individual military decoration that may be awarded for bravery, acts of merit, or meritorious service. As a medal it is awarded for merit, and with the "V" for valor device it is awarded for heroism. It is the fourth-highest combat award of the U.S. Armed Forces and the ninth highest military award (including both combat and non-combat awards) in the order of precedence of U.S. military decorations. The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President of the United States, who also acts as head of state and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress and, to that end, appoints the heads of the federal agencies, including the Cabinet. The branch of government that passed the Alien and Sedition Acts was the Legislative Branch.
The Judicial Branch has the power to declare the acts unconstitutional.
I don't really understand exactly what you mean but I will give my best guess for an answer. The president is meant to keep order in the U.S. without him the executive branch will be out of balance so will the judicial and legislative. The executive branch makes laws official the president approves and carries laws out passed by the legislative branch. He also approves or removes cabinet members he negotiates treaties, and acts as head of state and commander and chief of the military armed forces.
god branch does
it checks the other branches. it also is a head of government, running the functions of the state and deciding how to enforce the law. the branch also acts (mainly the president) as a commander-in-chief of the armed forces. lastly as a foreign minister -overseeing state's ambassadors and determining foreign policy
