I have very sensitive skin, I currently use almay smartshade foundation. It is also important to use cleansers, toners, and lotions that sooth your skin. Aveeno is one of the few brands that doesn't irritate my skin.

Make sure the make-up says non-comedogenic. This means that it will not clog your pores and create new acne.

I have a friend that uses the MAC foundation makeup and she totally loves it. Her skin sure looks great using it. She said it feels very light on. Depending how much coverage you are looking for...this is a full coverage foundation. I have sensitive skin as well and this works very well. It does have oil absorbing properties so it's best for oily skin. NC40 is going to be a shade (medium cool). It's best to apply this with their #190 brush (one of my faves!!!), especially for sensitive skin...it's less messy and more sanitary. Depending on what kind of sensitivity you have (acne, rosacea, psoriasis, etc)...it's nice to use different coverages. Anything with salicylic acid in it will help your acne and this product contains that ingredient. Answer Maybeline pure foundation. It doesnt exactly "treat" acne but its 50% water and oil free. It doesnt make me break out. If you want someting that treats acne you best go for a cream with benzoyl peroxide. do not use if you have sensitive skin, it will dry your skin out completly.

Sure its a good foundation, but it costs more than 71 dollar. for that money you have a good one from Clinique. You want a brand that is non-comedogenic--not oily and which will not clog your pores. Although, it may not be the best for your skin and I wouldn't recommend using it all the time, Cover Girl aqua smooth make up is great for covering up acne and blemishes. I believe it is silicone based so it smooths over skin very easily and has great coverage. It costs about $8.
