Wear really thick socks and legwarmers. Move your feet every so often. Do ankle exercises. Use foot cream so your feet don't dry out and werar big fuzzy slippers. Also wera comfortable warm shoes. First off,nows the time the time to refresh your feet from the unhealthy flip flops of Summer and fall. Try a cute warm pair of UGGS or imatation UGGS. Make sure your imatation UGGS look high quality,and aren't from WAL MART,or made in China. You should invest in a high quality pair of Winter shoes. Also,don't keep your shoes outside,or they could freeze up and get cold. Wash your feet with warm water,to keep your whole body warm. Your feet are the key to warmth,comfort,and heath in winter. Remain bare foot sometimes to let the cold air of Winter out of your shoes. When you are not bare foot around the house,treat feet to a pair of comfy and warm fuzzy socks.
