This is actually more challenging than it would first appear. Based on labeling requirements, only the final manufacturing/ assembly has to take place in the US for the shoes to be considered USA-made.

Lots of brands of cell phones are made in the United States. Some of the brands that manufacture the phones in the US include Motorola, Nokia and Sony.
There are a few different brands of shoes that are made for strictly running. When I was in the military they gave us New Balance shoes and those were really good for your feet and they stood up to the abuse. The others I would reccomend are Nike or Rebox. Those are two more companies that make really good running shoes.
