Cytoplasmic streaming moves cellular "stuff" around inside the cell.
The inside of a cell contains various structures, such as the nucleus (which houses genetic material), mitochondria (which produce energy), endoplasmic reticulum (involved in protein synthesis), Golgi apparatus (involved in processing and packaging proteins), and cytosol (fluid containing molecules and organelles). These structures work together to carry out the cell's functions.
