I have use regular CD audio and CD-RW audio on my Chevy Cobalt LS 2005 with no problems..just burn them at least 2x or 4x............

No you can not use them. Duplicate CDs is just another way of saying a burnt discs instead of a purchased disc, besides the games on the PS2 are DVDs not CDs
Most Chrysler radios from the late 90's have a hard time reading burnt cd's. Try cd's with a different colored back.
