ok this is a toughie you dont just press buttons and they dont just appear in the bag. first go to mewtwo cave (if you have already caught or killed him then you cant do this) go behind him and kill him from behind. save the game and press a+b+select+start at the same time now the game should of restarted. Now go to the game corner were you buy coins. It will have changed to 500 candys for $10000 + 50 for $1000. Spend all you money on them as can only be done once save the game and press a+b+select+start at the same time and go back on. There you go all your rare candys.
