New users can't improve a question on WikiAnswers. After they have made 100 contributions, they can edit questions.
Go back to the question, and select "Improve Answer".
Click the question. Click "Answer question", or "Improve answer", or "Edit". Answer the question and click Save.
To make answers on WikiAnswers right, you click on 'improve answer' when you see an incorrect answer, and then you can change it. The 'improve answer button is located just beneath the answer to a question.
Maybe your computer doesn't have the right software.
You could either hit The Little Orange Pencil when it is unanswered, hit the Orange Improve Button, or use The Improve Question Link on the Blue Sidebar.
Pretty much anyone would take the time to improve WikiAnswers, such as yourself, because merely asking a question is spending time to improve WikiAnswers. Everyone you see on WikiAnswers spends their time improving WikiAnswers - otherwise they wouldn't be here.
Next to the question, it will will say "Improve" in an orange box. Click that, and you can edit the question.

WikiAnswers can improve by having more topics, and more alternate wordings. Users should choose the most specific topic for their question.
If it's your question, then there should be an improve button next to your question. It'll come up as the original text box you had when posting the question. You can edit it there.
Click on the "Improve Answer" box, and start typing when the window comes up.
The "Discuss" button brings you to the discussion page so you can post about the question or answer, and your opinions or thoughts about it. You can talk about how to improve it or what you think about the answer or question.
