Now days almost all wireless carriers are commited to keeping their customers happy. The first thing you should do is compare your monthly bills, they can sometimes vary from month to month. The next thing you should do is call your carrier,they are mostly interested in keeping the customers they have. Keep track of what you are paying and your monthly minutes used if you are paying for more then you are using it might be wise to lower your monthly minute plan.
