What can I eat that is healthy?

In general, a healthy diet is one that includes lots of vegetables and fruits (such as spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, apples, bananas, berries, broccoli, to name just a few), whole grains (such as whole-wheat bread), lean meats, and a bit of healthy fats such as olive oil. A healthy diet would also minimize junk food, refined grains, soda, and fast food.
