Questhelper is downloadable add-on for the online role-playing game, World of Warcraft. It shows the user the quickest way to complete a quest. In the world map, Questhelper will provide an icon demonstrating the most efficient order to complete objectives and in the mini map, it will indicate the quickest route and mode of transport for the current objective.
While not totally dead, most of the quest addons that are like Questhelper were sort of put out of business when Blizzard introduced their own Questhelper-like capability into the game.According to the addon's page on Curse, it is only collecting data right now.
Most likely this is an "old" version of QuestHelper - WoW thinks it is old, when it's the most up to date. There is a setting in the addons dialog window, "Load out of date add-ons" - click this but beware, you are increasing your chance of having problems.

the differences between provide and offer are that provide means that someone or something can give you something if they want to because they can choose not to also........now to offer means that you are capable of giving something or someone so that is why you offer
