It is data about data. So that would be things like the names of your tables, the names of the fields, the data type of the fields, which fields are primary keys, and so on. It does not concern the actual data itself that is in your tables. So something like a person's name or phone number in your table is not meta data. The names of the fields that hold that data is meta data.

It can be a record, when a set of related data is entered together. Formulas will calculated new data and are usually known as calculated fields.
data type and field name
You can search for data using SQL statements. SELECT <what fields you want to see> FROM <what table has those fields and your data> WHERE <some conditional for the item you're searching for>;
An add query, more commonly known as an Append query, allows you to add records to a table. It can combine data from two tables, reading data into one of the table. There must be compatibility between the tables, like having similar fields. You could have two tables with names and addresses and having corresponding fields. They could then be transferred into the corresponding field. If there are no compatible fields, then it can't be done.An add query, more commonly known as an Append query, allows you to add records to a table. data in more than one table
A data base trigger occurs when a DML operation is performed on a data base table. A form trigger occurs when the user presses a key or navigates between fields on the screen.
