Since anyone can contribute to the site, any bias would probably be with individual contributors and not with the site. And since you can contribute as well, the solution should be... someone who sees things another way (you?) should jump in and write the counterargument, and add it to the answer. Or, if it is an answer that is protected, you can flag it and tell us that it is biased, and we'll work on rewriting it with all sides represented.
The thing that can be done to reduce bias is sampling random things
We encourage people to add to the answer and balance it.
Unintentional bias means the source of the bias is in the data collection or sampling method. Its not done purposefully, but rather ignorantly.
It is my belief that this site does not exhibit a gender bias. Everybody has questions, whether male or female.
The answers are what people give, there is no control over the answers people give and therefore no bias is possible. However some answers could be wrong!. If you perceive the answers to be biased then the bias is what you bring to your observation.

Actually, there are technical answers on WikiAnswers. It is just that you'd have to dig for them. One issue is the bias against technical answers by younger users. To them, that is boring or just not cool, so those questions are the most likely to get vandalized.
