You cant really you can try midal or drinking water will help
Every female goes through this, so don't panic.
There ARE ways to ease this type of pain. Firstly, go and see your doctor for tips and advice. If you are reluctant to go see your doctor, then try tablets (prescribe them from your doctor), and your doctor should be able to tell you when and how long to take them for.
For more natural pain-killers, try excersising. With cramps, this is hard to imagine, but believe me, it works. Not only will the pain ease off, but you will feel more fit and energised. But, if you DO feel dizzy during excersise, STOP. Always excersise gently, whatever state you're in.
On the natural scale, there are other methods to try out, too. Drinking plenty of water, taking a lovely walk in your local park, drinking herbal tea, taking a warm bath (with plenty of bubbles!), holding a waterbottle on the stomache...but remember, DON'T suffer in silence. If its hurting that bad, tell someone. But please DO try some of those mathods above ^, because most ease the pain.
Hope it works and good luck to getting rid of nasty period pain! :)
