you'd have to change your axle shafts, different bolt pattern.
Removing the fuel tank from a Wrangler is very difficult as it will only come out one way. I cannot tell you how it is done in the space provided, so my advice it to talk to someone who has done this before.
The 2001 top will not fit a 1994 model. The latches on the winsheild are different. The way the back glass closes with the back door is different as well. The wiring for the defroster and rear wiper is probably different also. The Wrangler was redesigned in 1997.
You can go to any auto parts store. Autozone will remove the old and install the new for you. The best part is you have clean hands when you are done.
