I think that to limit the incidence of bullying at school there could be a whole school assembly talking about the affects of bullying and true life stories? This way it could show the bullies what pain and hurt is caused by bullying but I also feel that there is no proper way to stop bullying as there are some cruel people in this world who make their own decisions however there are websites you can go on and you can talk to adults as well

Yes, it is a form of non-verbal bullying. Unless it is done in voice, like through Skype or Webcam, but it still counts as bullying.

There is physical and verbal bullying... cyder bullying is verbal bullying but the person doesn't know who you are. This can be easily done on facebook, instant messaging and email if you create an account. My friend was constantly getting message telling her to kill herself and we reported it to the police... they solved the whole problem!
