Go to a boat store like BOAT/US and buy a product called TE KA a teak deck cleaner. It is a 2 part very strong Basic solution with a Nutralizer. This stuff is a serious bleach. Follow the directions. If the wood is dark like walnut. it will remove the color also. So don't get freaked out. Just get a wood stain and put the color back.
