It depends what insect we are talking about because if its a bee or wasp stung you its easy.

1. Wasp sting venom is alkaline and so its effects can be neutralised with vinegar or acid and this neutralization then reduces the pain.

2. Bee sting venom is acidic and so its effects can be neutralized with bicarbonate of soda or alkali and this reaction reduces the pain.

3. Nettle stings can be treated by a doc leaf.

4. And mosquito bites can be treated by using Benadryl Extra Strength Itch Stopping cream.
