depending on model,
1. supercharger belt loose ( if supercharged)
2. drive belts loose
3. engine air\fuel sensors aren't calibrated correctly or need replaced.
4. engine oil hasn't been changed in a long time ( most likely)
5. engine is worn out
6. transmission worn out
7. fuel pump is clogged or needs replaced
8. cam timing is off
9. rear end needs lubricated
that should get you started
There are several things that can cause a slow response to acceleration. The most common cause is a dirty air filter. A dirty fuel filter can also cause the problem.
In this case, acceleration is positive. Negative acceleration would cause the object to slow down (decelerate.)
It is good of a car has a slow acceleration rate. This means that the car will probably be great on gas.
It is deceleration which means to retard or slow down the acceleration.
Acceleration is the change in velocity and/or What_three_ways_can_acceleration_change_an_objects_motionof an object. Acceleration can either speed an object up, slow it down (deceleration), or change the direction in which the object is moving.
check vacumn tube lines for cracks or disconnections...bank of vacumn lines are back of engine, right side, by computer modules.
positive acceleration is when things speed up; negative acceleration is when things slow down; and zero acceleration is when things do not speed up or slow down, this is called constant speed, or no change in velocity.
Going up a hill would make your acceleration decrease or cause it to be slow. Going down a hill would make acceleration increase causing you to go faster.
Acceleration is any change in velocity. Slowing down is a negative acceleration.
Acceleration of a Chinook is relatively slow. Load carrying, not speed, is it's forte.
The clutch may be slipping
speed it up slow it down and change direction. Forces can: - Cause and acceleration o Speeding up o Slowing down o Change direction - Do nothing - Cause work (w = Fd) - Ie. Change shape
