In my experience what you are describing sounds like a possible gallbladder attack. I have stones and I experience bloating, burping, and pain in the left upper area of my abdomen , just under my ribs, if I eat anything with too much fat in it. The liver test could also allude to this, as the gallbladder and liver work closely together.
